The Town of Badger invites you to share in this year Municipal Awareness day. the town will host an open house between the hours 10:30am until noon for school ages children. Activities are planned especially for you! In the evening between 7-830, citizens are invited to attend a meet and greet. Come meet council, staff and the local firemen who work together to make Badger a great place to live.
The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs has declared Wednesday, May 6 2015 as Municipal Awareness Day in Newfoundland and Labrador.
This year’s theme is “Youth Involved”. Please join us on May 6th as we encourage more community youth involvement and celebrate the important work that our municipal councillors, staff, firefighters and volunteers do to make our communities.
