The Town of Badger has received Community Enhancement Program funding and is seeking workers. We require 6 workers to continue with the walking trail development.

The deadline to apply has been extended until the town can fulfill the participant requirement. If you have at least 20 eligible EI hours, you can still apply with your ROE and application to the town office. Once the required number of candidates has been hired, the ad will be considered closed.

The expected start date is November 20th 2014. The following guidelines apply:

– these positions pay minimum wage

– all positions are open to  both male and females

– worker must be currently unemployed to be eligible to work on this project

– workers can be employed for up to 400 hours.

– Individuals who require more than 400 hours to qualify for EI are not eligible

– individuals must qualify for EI by the end of the project. Further information regarding your EI eligibility is available form Service Canada.
